Enhance student life at the University of Toronto as an On Location Accessibility Advisor. This role focuses on supporting students with disabilities through tailored accommodations and effective strategies.

Under the guidance of the Accessibility Team Lead, you will manage a diverse caseload of students in various undergraduate and graduate programs. You’ll perform needs assessments, develop and implement accommodations, and work closely with students to navigate their academic environments successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess student needs and recommend accommodations
• Advise staff and instructors on accommodation issues
• Write comprehensive student accommodation summaries
• Facilitate case management support for multiple services




• Evaluate funding applications for student support

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Four years of experience with disabilities in post-secondary education
• Expertise in developing accommodations for adults
• Ability to interpret psychological assessments and reports
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity
