In this permanent position, you will be the first point-of-contact for service customers, responsible for understanding their needs and documenting vehicle concerns on Repair Orders. Engage with customers directly, prepare service quotes, and communicate effectively regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs while maintaining a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assess customer needs upon arrival
• Document all vehicle issues accurately and promptly
• Prepare exact quotes and obtain customer approvals




• Liaise between customers, parts department, and technicians
• Conduct vehicle inspections pre- and post-service

Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver's license with a clean abstract
• Experience as a Service Advisor preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a noisy automotive shop environment
