This role requires candidates to perform a variety of laboratory tasks under general supervision. Utilize your knowledge of Microbiology as you process specimens and report results. Additionally, robust communication and organizational skills are essential for maintaining efficiency and safety in the lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process specimens for Microbiology per established protocols
• Interpret and report gram-stained samples with precision
• Maintain quality control throughout laboratory procedures
• Prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively




• Support collaboration in a teaching hospital atmosphere

Requirements:
• Current Registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
• Completed an accredited Medical Laboratory Technologist program
• Recent Microbiology experience considered an asset
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Membership in the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science
