Location New Westminster Campus Salary Range
$61,824 to $72,081 annually. Salary scale and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement
The Opportunity The Team Lead, International Admissions & Recruitment provides leadership and expertise across international admissions, recruitment, credential evaluation, and pre-arrival immigration advising at Douglas College.
Reporting to the Manager, International Marketing & Recruitment, the Team Lead leads the day-to-day operations of the International Recruitment & Admissions team, providing guidance, coaching, quality oversight, and training to support exceptional service and achieve international enrolment goals.
As a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor ( RISIA ) , the Team Lead also provides immigration guidance to prospective and newly admitted students, develops procedures and training resources, and ensures compliance with College and regulatory requirements.

WHAT IT TAKES Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in international student recruitment, admissions, international education, or a related field.
Minimum two years of experience providing leadership, training, mentoring, coaching, workflow coordination, or supervision of staff.




RISIA designation in good standing; RCIC designation is an asset.
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Additional Information This regular full-time (35 hours per week) position is available starting October 19, 2026
Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm. Shift days and times may change depending on the Department's need. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required.
The position is located at the New Westminster campus; however, successful candidate must be available for occasional work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations.
