As a key member of the L3Harris team, you will manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of advanced Naval Communication Systems. This role requires experience with SATCOM, HF, VHF and UHF systems, and Distributed Antenna Systems. You will ensure compliance with the technical manuals and engineering guidelines while resolving hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and maintain naval communication systems onboard ships
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues per engineering drawings
• Install and test engineering changes for AJISS services




• Support technical training and documentation development
• Travel occasionally for customer support and system repairs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or 8 years’ experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and technical documentation
• Experience with shipboard communication systems
• Solid problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and travel occasionally
