Schedule Requirements:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Average work week: 30–35 hours
Most weekends and holidays off
Occasional flexibility may be needed based on client scheduling

Job Responsibilities:
Residential and commercial cleaning
Post‑construction cleaning
Deep cleaning and routine maintenance cleaning
Move‑in/move‑out cleaning
Window cleaning and detailed touch‑up work
Following cleaning checklists and company standards
Communicating professionally with team members and clients
Taking before and after photos when required
Maintaining reliability, professionalism, and teamwork
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must own a smartphone
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug screening
Must be willing to travel up to 40 miles outside of Enterprise, Alabama
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
Ability to work independently and with a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
