Duties
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers are well-informed
Utilize technical sales skills to explain complex product details clearly and confidently
Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured items
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills




Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Strong communication skills for transparent, professional interactions both in person and over the phone
Experience in technology or retail sales, including conducting product demos and technical explanations
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math for accurate transactions
Customer service expertise with a focus on building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction
Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently in a busy retail environment
Effective phone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Knowledge of merchandising principles, retail sales strategies, and inventory management practices

Pay: $16.80-$17.00 per hour
