• Lead the Automation Team to implement strategic plans
• Manage Control and Automation systems like PLC and HMI
• Develop change control for PLC/HMI and electrical documents
• Implement Predictive and Preventative maintenance processes




• Hold strong vendor relationships for service contracts

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 15 years in manufacturing operations
• Expertise in Engineering Change Control processes
• Experience in SCADA and MES systems implementation
• Proven background in Robotics integration
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
