The candidate must coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
The candidate must ensure compliance with farm safety and biosecurity procedures.
The candidate must supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
The candidate must perform general farm duties.
The candidate must schedule staff.
The candidate must maintain farm machinery, equipment,



and buildings.
The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
The candidate must develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
Job Requirements The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
The candidate should be a good team player.
The type of farm operation is grain, oil, and foragecrop farming.
Work setting The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
