We are looking for a dependable Finish Dozer Operator with a minimum of three years of experience in civil construction. The role involves operating dozers efficiently, performing rough and finish grading, and maintaining accurate site grades. You will work collaboratively with foremen, surveyors, and other site crews to ensure project success while adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate dozers safely on construction sites
• Complete rough and finish grading as per specifications




• Read and utilize site plans and laser levels
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
• 3+ years of dozer operation experience
• Familiar with GPS machine control systems
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• CSTS-20 and WHMIS certifications preferred
• Ability to work long hours during peak periods
