• Manage Parkland County-held Crown Dispositions and interests
• Act as a subject matter expert for land use concerns
• Draft, interpret, and manage surface land interest agreements




• Ensure compliance with Provincial Statutes and Regulations
• Use land software systems to analyze data and documents

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in a related field
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and land software systems
• Valid class 5 driver’s license required
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check upon hire
