We are seeking a Lifeguard with 3 to 5 years of experience and essential certifications, including Red Cross Swimming Instructor and National Lifeguard Service. Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct and demonstrate swimming and fitness techniques
• Schedule and coordinate recreational activities
• Monitor safety during all swimming and fitness sessions
• Lead fitness and leisure programs for groups
• Maintain and repair sports and safety equipment

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in similar role
• Red Cross and NLS certification required
• First Aid certification necessary
• Ability to supervise a team of 5-10 individuals
• Criminal and driving record checks are mandatory
