Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dough Maker to join our vibrant bakery team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality doughs used for a variety of baked goods, ensuring consistency, freshness, and adherence to food safety standards. Your creativity and expertise will help craft delicious products that delight our customers. Responsibilities
Mix and prepare doughs according to established recipes and specifications
Measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality
Monitor dough fermentation and proofing processes to achieve optimal texture
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dough preparation area in compliance with food safety standards
finished dough products for sale, ensuring proper handling and labeling
Support the kitchen team in food preparation activities,



contributing to a smooth workflow during busy periods

Requirements
Prior experience in food preparation, baking, or working in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred but new talent is welcomed
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is an asset
Excellent customer service skills when interacting with team members or customers
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
