Job Overview:
La Roca, a renowned fine dining Mexican restaurant, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook with 2 years of skilled kitchen experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment while delivering exceptional quality in every dish.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, ensuring food presentation aligns with La Roca’s reputation.

· Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

· Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards

· Assist in maintaining kitchen inventory, including ingredients and supplies.

· Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils

Requirements:

· 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.





· Solid knowledge of food preparation, ingredients, and safety protocols.

· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible availability.

· Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
