Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
MUST BE ABLE TO STAND ON FEET FOR LONG HOURS
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT RELATIVELY HEAVY ITEMS
Previous experience in a food service or kitchen setting is preferred
Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
