We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a passion for the beauty industry and a strong background in Aesthetic Services and robust customer service. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on beauty services and products
Conduct in-depth consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
Educate clients on non-invasive laser treatments and wellness treatments
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients
Educate clients on services, treatment options, and expected outcomes
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Follow up with leads and maintain an organized client pipeline
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless client experience
Maintain detailed and accurate client records

Qualifications
Proven sales experience (aesthetic/medical industry preferred)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness




Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
Ability to build rapport quickly and close sales confidently
Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor

Skills:
Minimum 3 years of Aesthetic sales experience
Fair knowledge of laser and aesthetic services- Strong knowledge of Botox injections and dermal filler treatments- Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills

Compensation:

$24-$26/hour plus 10% commission sales which would equate to $120,000 - $130,000

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
