Job Description: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per The Curious Cafe standards approved by the manager on duty.
Cooking and handling of food, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements, check inventory levels and monitor and order supplies.
Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
Principal set up and break-down of kitchen and cleaning.
Clean kitchen and work area.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook
Completion of High School
Pizza forno experience is an asset
Language in the workplace is English
