Key Responsibilities:
• Address maintenance requests within 72 hours
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance duties
• Execute maintenance and touch-ups for vacant suites
• Coordinate inspections of turnover suites
• Assist with general building maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• 2 years of maintenance service experience
• Renovation experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 90kg safely
• Solid commitment to exceptional customer service
