Extendicare is seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers to provide compassionate care to residents. You will actively engage in daily living activities while observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions. Building relationships and supporting both cognitive and emotional needs are central to this role, which adheres to regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and hygiene support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Assist with ambulation and mobility of residents




• Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information

Requirements:
• Graduate of the Personal Support Worker program
• Experience with seniors in community health settings
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
