Our client is seeking a Collision Advisor to join their team.

The Collision Advisor is the key link between customers and the repair team, ensuring customers receive clear communication and a positive experience throughout the repair process. The Collision Advisor is responsible for:
Greeting customers and noting their vehicle concerns
Explaining the repair process, timelines, and recommended repairs to customers
Scheduling repairs and communicating with technicians and parts department
Preparing and maintaining invoices, and other documentation
Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a qualified and timely manner




Conducting final walk-arounds with customers to confirm quality and satisfaction
Staying current with autobody repair vocabulary and industry standards

Qualifications
Previous experience as an Automotive Collision Advisor or in a related automotive or customer service role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and repair shop management, estimating, scheduling, or invoicing software
Knowledge of autobody repair processes, parts, and repair procedures an asset

Schedule
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Flexibility required to start earlier and stay late when needed

· Eight-hour shifts
No weekend work
