We are seeking a dedicated Child and Youth Care Worker to provide one-on-one and small group assistance. You will work closely with the Complexity Team Teacher, administration, and learning support teams to address the individual needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support according to student learning plans
• Collaborate with the Complexity Team and school administration




• Assist students in both one-on-one and small group settings
• Implement strategies for students with varying diagnoses
• Promote sensory regulation techniques for students

Requirements:
• Experience or desire to work in inclusive school settings
• Certification as Child and Youth Care Worker
• Robust relationship-building skills with diverse students
• Training in NVCI and/or SIVA preferred
• Experience with First Nations cultures
