WoodGreen, a leader in community support, seeks a Supervisor for its Supportive Housing Programs. In this contract role, you will implement operational responsibilities, guide program staff, and ensure participants meet program expectations. Your collaboration with management will help in developing strategies and executing program initiatives aimed at supporting vulnerable seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and support program staff
• Implement staff development and training initiatives
• Manage partnerships and community outreach programs




• Develop and execute Coordinated Care Plans
• Monitor and support tenancy issues and property management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years experience in similar programs
• 3+ years supervising staff, preferably unionized
• Strong knowledge of homelessness and mental health
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
