Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patient nursing care needs
• Implement treatments as per physician orders
• Enforce infection control principles and aseptic techniques




• Provide education and support to rehabilitation patients
• Collaborate with Clinical Leader on care plans

Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Significant experience in patient assessment and education
• Preferred: rehabilitation nursing certification efforts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
