Become a Facility Shift Leader within the Parks & Recreation Department, overseeing lifeguarding operations and ensuring safety at facilities. Manage staff, maintain pool operations, and enhance community experiences.

In this role, you will supervise, monitor, and coordinate lifesaving personnel, as well as daily operations of the Town's Parks & Recreation facilities. Key skills include emergency response, pool maintenance, and customer service. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage the effective performance of your team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure health and safety of employees and patrons
• Perform routine water tests and adjust pool chemicals




• Supervise day-to-day activities including staff training
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of pool and facility
• Respond to emergency situations using lifesaving techniques

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• One year of experience as a Lifeguard
• Maintain American Red Cross certifications
• Ability to manage staff and handle emergencies
• Skill in pool maintenance and safety compliance
