Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw, is seeking an experienced Department Manager to oversee a store department. You will drive day-to-day operations, coaching staff to deliver strong sales, accurate merchandising and customer service while controlling costs.
The role requires leadership, organizational skills and a hands-on approach to inventory, budgeting and staff development. Weekend and evening shifts are expected in a fast-paced retail workplace.
