Northeast Arc’s Building Blocks and Building Bridges programs seek a dedicated ABA Technician to provide individualized services. You will work with clients aged 15 months to 12 years, focusing on improving communication, social skills, and daily living abilities. Collaboration with families, BCBAs, and Early Intervention staff is crucial to ensuring effective behavior strategies are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver home and community-based ABA support
• Enhance clients' communication and daily living skills
• Implement treatment goals from BCBA-developed plans
• Engage in clinical and non-clinical meetings
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation
Requirements:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• RBT certification may substitute education requirement
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable with a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
