MNP, a leading national accounting and business advisory firm in Canada, seeks a seasoned Perks Advisor to deliver bilingual support and foster an inclusive culture. In this role, you'll collaborate with external vendors and enhance employee benefits communications to promote understanding. You'll play a key role in managing inquiries and delivering impactful wellness programs for MNP's diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide bilingual support on benefits and retirement savings
• Partner with vendors to ensure quality service delivery
• Draft and publish benefits communications in French and English
• Collaborate on seasonal campaigns and program launches
• Manage leave of absence case management effectively
Requirements:
• Four years of experience in group benefits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Completion of Group Benefits Associate (GBA) 1 or 2 preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
