Position Summary




If you know anything about the construction business, you know that getting the right products to the right site on time and safely is the benchmark of success. It is both challenging and rewarding work. We are Team Convoy, a distributor of construction materials; we supply roofing, building envelope, and below-grade materials. We want folks with great people skills on our team because, in the end – people make all the difference.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety protocols for fall protection

Interest in working in a physically demanding, labour-intensive position

Load and unload materials for trucks and safely stage them on a rooftop for customers

Assist Drivers with load securement following all safety compliance

Assist Drivers at the job site

Document review of materials being loaded onto the truck and delivered to the job site

Shipping and receiving of materials when required

Requirements

Able to lift and carry 75 lbs repeatedly daily

Able to easily work on rooftops

Basic math skills for counting

Be reliable, safe, and able to attend work regularly

Able to adhere to all safety protocols
