This permanent part-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive behaviour support services. You will collaborate with an integrated team and families, developing individualized plans to aid child development. Your knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis will shape effective interventions tailored to each child's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively to identify families for services
• Conduct family-centered behavioural assessments when necessary
• Develop and monitor clients’ intervention strategies
• Lead training sessions for caregivers on behaviour interventions
• Assist in improving Early Intervention practices
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Three years' experience in working with challenging behaviours
• Certification in ABA preferred
• Reliable vehicle access required
• Solid communication and organization skills
