Duties:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to fabricate and weld metal components
Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accurate dimensions
Weld metal components using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.)
Assemble fabricated parts to build finished products
Perform machining tasks as needed to modify or refine metal components
Operate forklift to transport materials and finished products
Requirements:
Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
Robust mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
Proficient in welding techniques and able to operate welding equipment effectively
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics accurately
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues during fabrication process
