Are you passionate about holistic wellness and providing exceptional customer service? TruRelief Wellness is seeking a dedicated part-time receptionist to join our team. We offer a range of professional services, including massage therapy, acupuncture, osteopathy and more, in a welcoming setting.
Responsibilities:
Your position may include, but is not limited to:
Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable
Manage appointment scheduling and assist clients with bookings
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Verify client insurance coverage, process payments and handle billing inquiries
Collaborate with and assist practitioners to ensure smooth operations
Update and maintain medical records and documentations
Provide general administrative support as needed
Cleanup of common areas including laundry and washroom, maintain organization of the front desk
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Quick learner and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Quick response and ability to deal with difficult situations
