The Corporate Actions Associate will report directly to the Senior Manager, overseeing all stages of corporate actions for North American accounts. A strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle is crucial, as you'll liaise with trading desks and manage reconciliations effectively while addressing high-risk events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lifecycle processing of corporate action events
• Liaise daily with trading desks and operations teams
• Monitor cash and stock reconciliations throughout processes




• Develop solutions for recurring operational issues
• Ensure compliance and participation in control reviews

Requirements:
• 3+ years in Asset Servicing; 2+ in Corporate Actions
• Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Excel
• Undergraduate degree with math focus or equivalent experience
• Strong multitasking ability with tight deadlines
• Experience with cash Prime Brokerage clients preferred
