This role focuses on leading the control and protection scope of various substation automation projects. As part of a dedicated engineering and testing team, you will work alongside project managers, SCADA engineers, and customers, ensuring high-quality and timely project deliverables. You might also lead a small team of engineers, gaining valuable insights in a world-class technical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop protection and control concepts for transmission systems
• Lead hardware design for bay level cubicles




• Configure Protection and Control IEDs to specifications
• Manage factory testing and Acceptance Tests with customers
• Conduct site testing at customer locations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or systems engineering
• Experience with substation control systems and IEC61850
• Familiarity with Hitachi Energy IED portfolio is a plus
• Strong customer focus and team collaboration
• Proficiency in Finnish and English
