METRO in the Kitchener-Waterloo region is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with daily operations, drive sales, oversee staffing and merchandising while ensuring a safe setting and a superior customer experience.
You will implement policy, work with department managers, ensure planograms and health and safety standards, recruit and develop staff, and partner with vendors and unions to maintain store performance.
