You will collaborate closely with plant leadership and the Ardent HR team while ensuring effective practices across the employee lifecycle. Your visibility in the workplace will foster trust and a culture of safety among employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and effective onboarding processes
• Address employee relations issues proactively before escalation




• Coach leaders on performance, attendance, and conduct
• Conduct fair workplace investigations and maintain records
• Support health and safety programs and compliance initiatives

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience in manufacturing or construction environments
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Robust judgment and credible relationship-building skills
