Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure patient care aligns with nursing standards and policies
• Assist in developing and evaluating resident care plans
• Manage and supervise nursing and personal care staff
• Conduct performance appraisals and monitor staff performance
• Provide direction in the absence of the Director of Care
Requirements:
• Current RN certification from approved institutions
• Registered or eligible for registration as an RN
• Experience in community or long-term care settings
• Solid prioritization and teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
