Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Production Manager to schedule assigned departments
• Track quotas and identify bottlenecks early
• Communicate schedule variances and offer solutions




• Supervise Production Coordinators and support their development
• Prepare status reports for management

Requirements:
• 3+ years in production management in 3D animation or VFX
• Strong emotional intelligence and organizational skills
• Fluency in English with excellent communication abilities
• Proficient in Flow Production Tracking, Google Suite, and Excel
• Eligibility to work in British Columbia
