Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lawyers' calendars and daily reminders
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
• Handle client relationship management tasks




• Support document production and billing processes
• Assist in organizing marketing pitches and presentations

Requirements:
• Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate required
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Civil Litigation procedures
• High typing accuracy of 60 words per minute
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
