Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home assessments and provide nursing care

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RPN)
• Current registration with the CNO
• 2-5 years relevant nursing experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within Hamilton/Burlington
