In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Women and Children’s Health Unit, ensuring program development and integration of care services. With accountability for program activities, you will work closely with community health partners and facilitate the continuous improvement of patient care. Your expertise in program planning, evaluation, and human resource management in a unionized setting will be key to effectively managing this clinical portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive program planning and implementation initiatives

• Manage human resources and financial responsibilities
• Lead strategic integration of health services
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in program management and evaluation
• Valid Nova Scotia Driver’s License and vehicle access
