Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on and configure ERP capabilities for users
• Engage in new ERP version deployments and user training
• Troubleshoot D365-related financial issues affecting users




• Recommend standardized operating procedures
• Develop documentation and conduct user training sessions
Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics in a business capacity
• 3 - 5 years’ accounting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with stakeholder analysis and requirement gathering
• Proficiency in multitasking within a energetic working environment
