Dental Team Lead / Senior Treatment Coordinator (Pediatric Practice)

We are a warm, patient-centered pediatric dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Team Lead / Senior Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in the Toronto Beaches area/Scarborough.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, relationship-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience for children and families.

About the Role
This is a hybrid leadership and clinical coordination role. You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day flow of the practice while helping families understand and move forward confidently with treatment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support front desk and administrative team members
Coordinate and present treatment plans with clarity, warmth, and confidence
Improve case acceptance through excellent communication and follow-up
Oversee scheduling flow to optimize productivity and patient experience
Support systems for current patient intake and referral tracking




Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care
Manage financials and Accounts Receivable

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of dental administration experience
Strong background in treatment coordination (pediatric experience is an asset)
Exceptional communication skills—warm, articulate, and skilled
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Natural leadership ability with a team-first mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
