Flynn Group of Companies seeks a dedicated Forklift Operator for our day shift team. In this role, you'll oversee inventory management, conduct audits, and ensure timely material distribution to support production and shipping needs. Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels and perform audits routinely
Pick and distribute orders to the staging area efficiently
Keep work areas clean and organized
Operate Counterbalance and Walkie forklifts
Prepare skids for shipping, including wrapping
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating Counterbalance forklifts
Previous experience with Combi forklifts is a plus
Familiarity with inventory processes and handheld tech
Robust numerical skills and independent working capability
Prior experience with shrink wrapping is beneficial
