The Prospect:
Custody, Supervision, and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a motivated, independent, innovative and client focused leader to join the Health Services team.
Reporting to the Director of Health Administration, the successful candidate is responsible for providing leadership to the teams for the provision of mental health and addiction services and supporting operational counterparts for successful implementation of mental health and addiction care services. As well as providing training, information sharing and facilitation of group sessions as needed for orientation and education; in addition to consultations with staff and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of mental health and addiction services and preferably experience working in a correctional setting.
