Terra Nova Components is in search of an experienced Corporate Controller to drive financial excellence at our Kingston, Smiths Falls, or Thorndale locations. This role requires over seven years in accounting and finance, with a focus on leadership in manufacturing. The successful candidate will be crucial in financial reporting, internal controls, and guiding the organization towards its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting processes
• Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger




• Analyze financial results comparing budgets and prior periods
• Mentor and develop a small accounting team
• Manage cash flow and capital investment decisions

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in progressive accounting roles
• At least 3 years as Controller or Assistant Controller
• Proficiency with Sage 300 and ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Robust analytical and communication skills
