As a Project Management Leader at UHN, you will lead age-focused technology projects, ensuring effective connections among small to medium enterprises, adoption partners, and evaluators. Your expertise will facilitate project creation, risk management, and progress oversight while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements for the envisAGE program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard recent partners into the AGE-WELL network
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and coordination
• Evaluate proposals and support applicant journeys




• Monitor project timelines and mitigate risks
• Ensure adherence to reporting and expense claims

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, or related field
• Three years’ experience in project management or administration
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with technology implementation is an asset
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
