This full time hospital-based position requires a passionate Pharmacist I dedicated to delivering high-quality medication management and patient support. You will engage with an interdisciplinary team to address medication-related issues and optimize therapies for patients. Additionally, you'll assist in mentoring students and supporting Pharmacy Assistants, bringing your critical thinking and communication skills into play.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute pharmaceutical services safely and efficiently
• Manage patient medication therapy, both ongoing and initial




• Assess and resolve drug-related problems effectively
• Review medication orders and ensure accuracy
• Mentor Pharmacy Assistants and students, supporting team development

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent degree
• Current registration with Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Recent hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Additional Prescribing Authorization recommended
• Commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality
