Enviros is seeking a Community Connector to partner with children services in our live-in programs. This role focuses on a client-centered, strength-based methodology within a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will engage with youth to assess strengths and needs while developing comprehensive, creative plans that foster crisis stabilization and lifelong connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and interview youth to gather insights
• Identify and strengthen community support networks
• Develop integrated plans with external stakeholders
• Collaborate with live-in teams to implement actions
• Facilitate crisis stabilization and safety plan discussions
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Human Services
• 5 years experience in Human Services field
• Knowledge of addictions and mental health
• Current First Aid Certification
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
