Stonehenge Therapeutic Community seeks an Intensive Case Manager to support crisis stabilization clients in a residential setting. You will perform intake, case management, and care coordination within a 24-7 interdisciplinary team, with evening/weekend rotations and on-call duties.
The role requires a college diploma or university degree in mental health, addictions, or social services, plus at least one year of related experience.
