As a Hearing Instrument Specialist at Innisfil Hearing Centre, you will provide excellent clinical care to adults with hearing needs. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, fitting hearing devices, and maintaining clear documentation. You will guide patients and their communication partners through the rehabilitation process while ensuring a consistent and welcoming experience at our locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct adult hearing assessments and maintain clear documentation
• Fit, program, and verify hearing technology with real ear measurement




• Provide counselling and follow-up care for patients
• Maintain accurate records and consent documentation
• Collaborate with the clinic owner and support team

Requirements:
• Current AHIP membership in good standing
• Experience with adult hearing care and device fitting
• Strong clinical judgement and warm communication skills
• ADP authorizer status is an asset
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
